Empowering the Church to Make Disciples Who Transform the World
Founded in 2013, our Leadership Outreach Program was created with a passionate mission: to equip the church in fulfilling the Great Commission by developing disciples who, in turn, make disciples—ultimately reaching those far from Christ. We partner with universities, professionals, and churches to empower them to become the vibrant church Christ envisioned. Our goal is to provide believers and ministry leaders with a strong foundation that amplifies their mission without disrupting their existing programs or resources.
Our Impact
To date, our outreach has touched lives across Peru, Mexico, Ecuador, Venezuela, Guatemala, Colombia, and Cuba. We support churches by offering:

- Personalized Coaching
These services are tailored to meet the unique needs of each congregation, helping them discover and fulfill their distinctive “fingerprint” in God’s kingdom.
This life-changing work is made possible through your generous support and strategic partnerships with others who share our vision of expanding God’s kingdom. Together, we address a pressing need in the church for stronger, better-prepared Christian leaders. Too often, leaders find themselves undertrained and navigating the complexities of ministry alone, struggling to guide their congregations in becoming true disciples of Christ.
Our vision is bold: to strengthen the Kingdom of God by raising up godly leaders who will “go into all the world and proclaim the gospel to the whole creation” (Mark 16:15). We believe that every Christian is called by God to share His saving grace and truth. Through our program, Christian leaders—and those they lead—are empowered to reach their full potential in service to God.
We are committed to supporting and serving leaders so they, in turn, can equip the people they lead to live fully for the glory of God. Together, we can see the Kingdom grow like never before.
